Mad Gyms and Kitchens

Wend your way to wellness!

The London 2012 Mad Gyms & Kitchens tour ended in September 2012 at the Unlimited Festival, Southbank Centre, London. This was a brilliant way to end the tour after a whopping 32 performances in all.

After launching in Bath in October 2011 we visited Walsall, West Bromwich, Wolverhampton, Warwick, Newcastle, County Durham, Sunderland, Morpeth, Leeds, Sheffield and London.

People who came to see the show produced an incredible collection of ‘Top Tips for Wellness’. Have a browse through the scrapbook of edited Top Tips here and see for yourself.

Prepare to be surprised and delighted, moved and enlightened as Bobby demonstrates how she achieves that ultimate ‘wellbeing’ factor.  From working-out to chilling out, via the kitchen sink, Bobby’s wellness roadshow investigates how to get better at feeling better – cup of tea included.

“Like all Baker’s work…you leave feeling better than you came in, aware as you walk down the road whistling that what Baker is offering is not a show but a priceless gift wrapped in a theatrical box of tricks.”

Lyn Gardner, The Guardian on Mad Gyms & Kitchens, October 2011
